Simple Food...Food for Soul...

"You don't need a silver fork to eat good food." -Paul Prudhomme

Best Food for me is the food which you get at a corner stall where its crowded...

Rule of Thumb for me is if its Crowded then its good..Gotta try it if it has something different.

Soul food mostly is simple food that fills you till you are contented & nourishes you entirely. Making you contented to the core..

Small places is where i find people coming from Different walks together to share a quick bite/meal...Where the food is delicious yet filling. And you can catch up with few friends.

It may just a small tea shop or A vada pav stall (Yes those Indian Ready to eat Burgers..yummy!!) or Kacchi Dabeli, Roadside Dosawala..
to Seasonal Kulfiwalas. Best place is sometimes a small place where you wouldnt normally eat..But would be surprised if you tried it..

Food for the soul mainly is many times a simple meal. Nothing extravagant but pure simple food. It may be Maa ke haath ki Daal Chawaal but it touches your Soul it makes it even more special!!

Food & Soul have a connection which says if your food is good so is soul. As they say you are what you eat.

Simple food for me a Soul food, cooked with love, passion & has a taste which fulfills not just my stomach but also my soul. So enjoy every morsel of such an simple food..
